  • Firmware & Patches Updates.

    Provide protection against the latest internet threats and maintain the unit with malware updates. Definitions are automatically delivered for spam, virus, content categories, spyware filter, intrusion prevention, policies, security updates, attacks, and document formats.

  • Hardware Replacement

    Recommended but Optional. Provides an extended warranty, that ensures a replacement is provided in case of hardware failure upon notification of a failed unit, assistance with data migration to new unit, as applicable.

  • Monitoring System

    A monitoring system will be installed on site (depending on type of support contact) that will allow the monitoring and management of the core networks (and other covered systems) . The monitoring systems installed is free of charge and customers will get operational access to the systems.
